My name is Samantha Mener and I am the co-author of The Gluten Free Mediterranean cookbook for humanOS. There are so many things we love about the Mediterranean diet, including everything from its flavors to the impressive data demonstrating how it supports health and longevity. The traditional diet, however, has gluten-containing foods. Both Chris and I are gluten intolerant, so we decided to create a version that respects the characteristics of the traditional diet, but omits the gluten. We spent over a year turning our passion for Mediterranean cooking into a collection of our favorite recipes for you.
A major goal of ours was to create nutritious and delicious meals that are simple and easy to prepare. Here are a few tips to get the most out of these recipes:
- Access any recipe from your dashboard and in the recipe library. You’re just a click away from your entire cookbook (and let’s be honest, if you’re anything like us, most of our hardcover cookbooks collect dust on the shelf).
- Searchability is one of the biggest features that attracted us to featuring our recipes on humanOS. Do you have chicken in the fridge? Search for chicken within our pack and you'll have several ideas of what you can make tonight.
- Favorite your most ♥ recipes. Doing so will save them on your favorites section making them easy to find the next time you want to dazzle your loved ones with your favorite dish du jour.
